step 1 Discovery
What do you envision for your home?
As we begin, we'll discuss your ideas, photos, and suggestions related to your home project. Let's talk about how we can work together to create something great. A general budget parameter and other project objectives may be discussed. Discovery is the first step in creating a result you will love for a lifetime.
step 2 Design
Lets bring the vision to Llfe.
Our kitchen and bath designers develop plans that meet your budget and take into account the site conditions. We will discuss drawings and discuss plan details with you. You will feel our passion and see our talent as we work together. A shared vision of the end result of your project, as well as a mutual understanding of the path to completion, is our goal as we review renderings, discuss products and materials and discuss options.
We will now charge a retainer fee.
step 3 On Site Consultation
Our designer will visit the jobsite for a complete in-home analysis., next is the planning.
step 4 Planning
Detailed plans are finalized, materials are specified, Budget and schedules are detailed, so you know exactly what is being done, when and how much it will cost. At this point we sign all paperwork pertaining to your project and will ask for a payment as per the agreement.

Topline Home Design handles every aspect of your project: scheduling, ordering materials, managing subcontractors, coordinating permits and inspections, and more. Our carpenters bring a level of skill and craftsmanship that is simply second to none. And your dedicated project manager will keep things on task, on time, and on the money. Trust us: As your project moves along, you’ll realize the benefits of having one point-of-contact throughout. All so you will have a beautiful, functional new space in your home. At the end of the project we will go over a final punch list, once everything is addressed on that list your project is now complete!
